Rooms and suite
The double/twin rooms are around 20-23 sqm and have a bathroom with shower and bidet and free Wi-Fi. Prices are quoted daily, per room and include VAT, use of Wi-Fi, daily cleaning with towel change on request, and a change of bedding every two days. Only rates “Colazione Inclusa” or “Breakfast Included” include breakfast. Cots are charged 3.00 euros per day on request, subject to availability. Breakfast is served from 7:30am to 10:00am under the gazebo in good weather or in the hall. For half board, choose two courses from the dishes on our “Freedom” menu. A supplement of 22,00 euros per person per day is charged for adults. Children up to 3 years of age included eat free of charge and from 4 to 12 inclusive there is a special children´s price of 14.00 euros per child per day. Small pets are welcome with 45,00 euros supplement per pet per stay. Guests can check in from 4pm to 7pm and should check out before 10am.
Apartments
The two-room apartments are located on the ground floor and offer a double/twin bedroom with a third single bed (80 cm), bathroom with shower and bidet, and a living room with kitchenette and fireplace. It is possible to add a cot to the bedroom (extra charge 3,00 euros per day). The three-room apartments are located either on the ground floor or on the first floor. The three-room apartments on the ground floor have a large living room with fireplace and kitchenette, a double/twin bedroom where it is possible to add a single bed, and a twin bedroom. The bathroom has a shower and bidet. From the living room there is access to a mezzanine with two single beds and a small bathroom with shower. Prices are quoted per day per apartment and include bed linen and towels, beds made on arrival, wood for the fire (on request). Apartments are let on a self-catering basis and are equipped with sufficient crockery for each guest. The mandatory final cleaning is not included in the rates and must be paid to the receptionper apartment per stay 25,00 euros for the two-room apartment and 35,00 euros for the three-room apartment. Small pets are welcome with a 40,00 euros supplement per pet per stay. Guests can check in from 4pm to 7pm and should check out before 10am.
The apartments should be left with the kitchen, its contents cleaned and the rubbish removed, otherwise a supplementary cleaning charge of 100,00 euros will be made.
Restaurant
Il Sagramoso restaurant can be used by guests, with a choice of Tuscan food and wine. All our guests can also take advantage of the “Freedom menu” offer, which includes a choice of two courses from the dishes on our “Freedom” menu at a special price of 22,00 euros per person for adults. Children up to 3 years of age included eat free of charge with their parents and from 4 to 12 inclusive there is a special children´s “Freedom” price of 14,00 euros per child.
You can book a table at Il Sagramoso on our website when making your booking or at reception on arrival. You don´t have to use this offer for the whole of your stay, but can decide to use it on specific evenings or lunches.
